The host agrees to conduct the scheduled events in an orderly manner in full compliance with the applicable laws, regulations and Club rules. Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club, its officers, employees, agents, or other affiliates cannot assume responsibility for personal property and equipment brought onto the premises. The host is responsible for any damage, temporary or permanent to Glen Eagle. The host also assumes all responsibility for the conduct and behavior of all guests. Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club reserves the right to remove anyone from the property for behavior that is detrimental to the Club, its staff, other guests or the reputation of any of the above.
The Club is a smoke free facility.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Complimentary self-parking is available. Glen Eagle is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked on property.
Decorations may not be permanently attached to permanent fixtures such as, but not limited to, walls, doors, ceilings and light fixtures. All decorations must be approved by the General Manager fourteen days prior to the event. All outside entertainment must be set up completely one hour prior to the beginning of the scheduled event.
All outside entertainment is subject to the final approval of the Food and Beverage Manager. Food and beverage required by the entertainment must be authorized prior to the start of the event and will be charged to the host. Food and beverage may only be consumed during break periods in a designated area. Power requirements are restricted to 110 volts. Any additional equipment needs, power needs or special arrangements must be made known to the Food and Beverage Manager fourteen days prior to the scheduled event.
Proper attire is required in the Clubhouse. Denim jeans, cargo shorts, and tee shirts are not permitted. Prior approval must be obtained for exceptions.
