Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club is a private, gated community with 1234 units comprised of 924 golf memberships and 310 social memberships. Our 15 neighborhood communities host residences ranging from condos to villas to private homes. Glen Eagle has a residence to fit every lifestyle.

- Addison Reserve
Addison Reserve is a strong community of 110 free-standing independently-owned homes. 46 homes are deeded full golf membership, and 64 homes are deeded social memberships of Glen Eagle. The Addison Reserve Homeowners Association Board of Directors is entrusted with the responsibilities outlined in the Glen Eagle Rules & Regulations and By-Laws and Addison Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions to run the association for the benefit of the entire community.
- Brittany Place
Brittany Place is located just north of Glen Eagle's main gate. It is a Villa community made up of seven courts, with 51 units and 102 villas. Two villa units are attached, each with two-car attached garages. Natural Preserve areas separate each court. Brittany Place is an updated well-maintained community with quiet street living and close friendships in a tranquil environment.
- Chatham Square I
Chatham I is a community of 96 two-story units with a unattached one car garages. Chatham was one of the first communities in Glen Eagle. Views overlook lakes and fairways of Hole 3 and 9. Monday nights are Pool Party times with our sister community Chatham 2. The combined communities are very active with much participation. Chatham 1 is conveniently located near the front gate, restaurant, club house, and pro shop.

Lago Villagio is community of 105 one and two story single family homes with 2 car attached garages. Many residents are full time and community social activities continue throughout the year. Many homes have lake, golf course and preserve views. HOA fees include landscaping, alarm system monitoring and pest control. Our Association is fiscally responsible and healthy. A beautiful entrance and signature royal palms throughout the community represent the quality of life at Lago Villagio.
- Oxford Village
Oxford Village is a community that encompasses 36 single family homes on Harvard Lane and Harvard Court. Our tree lined community with meticulously maintained grounds is perfect for the nature lover. Most homes in Oxford Village have splendid views of the golf course. Homeowners get together monthly in season for a neighborhood garden party. Oxford Village offers easy access to the rear entrance of Glen Eagle and is in close proximity to all amenities.
- Montclair Park Fairway Estate Homes
Montclair Park Fairway Estate Homes community includes 79 single family homes, each with attached 2-car garages, spread among four streets. There are 46 homes on Provincetown Drive, 20 on Harwich Court, 8 on Chartwell Lane and 5 on Kenridge Place. More than half the homes adjoin the golf course, and others view preserve areas. All of the “Fairway Estate Homes” enjoy full golf membership, as well as the abundance of rich amenities offered to all Glen Eagle members.
- Montclair Park Villas
Montclair Park Villas are located partially on Glen Eagle Boulevard, Weston Way and all of Marblehead Drive. The Club House, Divot and Fitness Center are within walking distance of our community. We have 83 single-story 2-4 bedroom villas with 2-car attached garages, 46 units back up to the Golf Course. The Community enjoys bimonthly cocktail events at the Olympic sized pool, and we participate in Glen Eagle sponsored golf and community events. All of our homes enjoy full golf memberships.
- Saratoga Colony
Saratoga Colony is a hidden gem within Glen Eagle, with its recently renovated tennis court and resort-like spa and swimming pool, nestled next to a wooded preserve. The community consists of ten buildings with twelve condos per building. All properties either have golf course or water views. This community has a wonderful social spirit with weekly gatherings and events in season. We are less than a five minute walk to the fitness center, Divot and bocce courts.

Sterling Greens I
Sterling Greens II is a condominium community located at 6824 and 6828 Sterling Greens Place. Two beautiful landscaped buildings each have 24 units on four floors. - Owner/Tenant Registration Process
OWNER/TENANT REGISTRATION PROCESS
When you are ready to rent a unit:
1. Complete the local association’s paperwork requirements for the unit you are renting at least 60 days prior to the start of the rental period so that the local association can approve the rental. (For example, paperwork must be in by January 1st for a March 1st rental.) The owner of the property can direct you on how to get the appropriate paperwork.
2. Glen Eagle does require that a Master Association Owner/Tenant transfer form and payment be completed and turned into the Glen Eagle Administration Office at least 30 days prior to the tenant’s arrival date. Tenants should not arrive with the form and expect immediate access to the club facilities. The property owner can also make this form available to you prior to your rental date. Both the owner and tenant must sign this form. This form and fee will give tenants access to the club amenities associated with the unit you are renting.
- If you are renting a social deeded unit or golf deeded unit, the fee dues vary:
The 2019/2020 fee for social units is $200.
The 2019/2020 fee for golf units is $275.
A $25.00 Fast Track fee will be charged for the Master Association’s form, or approval form expected from your local association, if it is received less than 30 days prior to your tenant’s arrival date

Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club is a private, gated, deeded, membership community
Glen Eagle offers its members, transferees, and their guests a par-70, 18-hole championship golf course, fitness center, bocce courts, clubhouse with a billiard room, card rooms, meeting rooms and activities center. Residents access BlueStream Fiber internet and basic cable services as members of the Master Association. The Restaurant consists of a dining room, a private dining room, and a full service bar and lounge area, The 19th Hole.
- Golf Membership
A golf membership entitles the owner to the full use of all facilities and the golf course year round. You cannot purchase a golf membership separate from a home or change membership to a golf membership if the home you own is deeded as a social membership.
