Menu prices are guaranteed up to six months. Any events booked over six months in advance may be subject up to a 10% increase on food cost. Menu must be finalized thirty days prior to the event date. No outside food or beverage will be permitted into the facility without prior consent of Glen Eagle Management.
The staff and management of Glen Eagle reserve the right under Florida statutes to refuse service of alcohol to any guest who appears to have symptoms of intoxication or is under the age of twenty-one. The host understands that Glen Eagle is the only licensed authority to sell and serve liquor on the premises; therefore, no liquor may be brought into the Club from outside sources. Any violations will result in corkage and service fees billed to the host's account and the event may be terminated.
Due to health regulations, perishable leftovers may not be removed from the property. No take-out boxes allowed with the exception of the wedding cake. Glen Eagle will not be held responsible for food removed without knowledge or prior consent. Buffet and
plated meals are priced on per person consumption. Leftover food does not belong to the host or the guests.
There is a $50.00 Chef's fee for any Chef attended station. There is a bartender fee of $50.00 per event. There is a cashier fee of $50.00 per cash bar event.
Final guarantees on banquet functions are required no less than 72 hours prior to the start time of the scheduled event. After this time, the guarantee is not subject to reduction and can only be increased. Banquet charges will be based on the final guarantee, or actual number of guests served, whichever is greater. If no guarantee is received within the 72 hour period, the expected number of guests in attendance will become the guarantee.
